The Bourbon Boar is a short story and a poem. Its look and feel is like that of a children’s book but it is written for adults. Between the covers, the stanzas are packed with multisyllabic rhyming, pun-filled wordplay and rich vocabulary.  The illustrations are colorful, clever, psychedelic and with close examination, reveal humoring and entertaining small details. Set in Porkland, Boaregon the story follows a young boar (and his rat companion) as he finds the true meaning and consequences from over libating at his favorite watering hole. Written by Joel Sommer with Illustrations by Wesley Hubbard.
